1. Services Overview

Ecco Facilities LLC provides professional commercial cleaning, day porter, and related facility maintenance services to commercial clients across New York City. Our services include, but are not limited to, recurring janitorial cleaning, on-site day porter staffing, floor care, restroom sanitation, and specialty cleaning.

The specific scope, frequency, and terms of service for each client are defined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided upon request.

2. Quotes and Proposals

All quotes and service proposals provided by Ecco Facilities are based on information supplied by the prospective client, including facility size, layout, usage, and service requirements. Quotes are subject to the following conditions:

• Validity: All proposals and quoted pricing are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Accuracy: Quoted pricing is contingent upon the accuracy of the information provided. Material changes to the scope or conditions of the facility may result in an adjusted quote.
• No Obligation: Requesting a quote does not create a binding agreement. A service agreement is formed only upon mutual written acceptance of a proposal by both parties.

3. Service Agreements

Upon acceptance of a proposal, Ecco Facilities and the client will enter into a service agreement that outlines the specific scope of work, schedule, pricing, and other relevant terms. All service delivery is governed by the terms of that agreement.

We pride ourselves on flexibility. Our agreements are designed to be straightforward and transparent, with clearly stated pricing and scope.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Ecco Facilities stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of the service in question. Upon notification, we will:

• Investigate the issue promptly and in good faith.
• Re-clean or correct the affected areas at no additional charge.
• Work with you to implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

5. Cancellation Policy

We believe in earning your business through performance, not contractual lock-in. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and flexible:

• No Long-Term Lock-In: Ecco Facilities does not require long-term contractual commitments. You are free to discontinue services with reasonable written notice.
• Notice Period: We request a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice prior to cancellation or termination of ongoing services, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
• Individual Service Cancellations: Cancellation of a single scheduled service visit requires at least 24 hours' advance notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable Ecco Facilities to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to the facility during agreed-upon service times.
• Inform Ecco of any hazardous materials, conditions, or special requirements within the facility.
• Communicate any changes to the facility layout, usage, or schedule that may affect service delivery.

7. Liability Limitations

Ecco Facilities LLC is fully insured. However, our liability is subject to the following limitations:

• Ecco Facilities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, regardless of the cause of action.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• Ecco Facilities is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any claim for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service date to be eligible for review.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Insurance

Ecco Facilities maintains comprehensive general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Our team is background-checked and trained in accordance with industry best practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ecco Facilities LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
