Commercial Cleaning is a full reset of your whole facility by a recurring crew, after you close. A Day Porter is a dedicated pro on site, keeping things presentable while you're open. Many clients run both: a crew reset after hours, and a porter through the day.
Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes, we clean on your schedule: overnight, after hours, early morning, daytime, or weekends. You choose the windows that keep your operation running, and we build the plan around them.
How often should my facility be cleaned?
It depends on your foot traffic and the type of space: anything from daily to monthly. There are no fixed packages; we right-size the cadence to your facility and recommend it in your free proposal.
Do you supply the cleaning products?
Yes, it's turnkey. We supply everything. Our cleaning products are eco-certified (Green Seal and EPA Safer Choice): biodegradable, low-VOC, and safe for use around staff, visitors, children, and pets, and where disinfection is required we use EPA-registered disinfectants.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ecco is fully insured: general liability, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and a $5M umbrella policy. Our teams are background-checked and trained, and we can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) on request.
What if something isn't cleaned to standard?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the affected areas at no charge. You get one accountable point of contact, and there's no long-term lock-in. We earn the renewal on performance.
Do you clean restaurant kitchens?
We handle restaurant front-of-house: dining rooms, bars, and restrooms, with food-safe products. We don't service back-of-house commercial kitchens.
